I help organizations turn complexity into clarity, especially where data, strategy, and human judgment collide.

I'm currently a Sales Insights Manager at Harvest Group, partnering with Kroger-focused CPG brands to understand what actually drives performance (shopper behavior, category dynamics, pricing and promotion mechanics, digital execution, and emerging retail trends). My role sits at the intersection of analytics, category strategy, and storytelling, translating large, messy datasets into decisions leaders can act on with confidence.

Before Harvest, I worked across customer insights, category strategy, sourcing, and negotiation at Bob Evans Farms and The Kroger Company. Those experiences shaped how I think about businesses as systems (incentives, constraints, tradeoffs, and feedback loops), not just numbers on a dashboard.

I'm currently earning my MBA at Xavier University, where my focus has increasingly moved beyond traditional analytics toward AI-enabled decision systems. I'm less interested in faster reporting and more interested in better thinking at scale, specifically how tools like AI can augment judgment, improve collaboration, and help teams navigate uncertainty without losing accountability.

Alongside my corporate work, I spent years as a co-owner and performer with ComedySportz Cincinnati, leading workshops on collaboration, communication, and creativity. Improv taught me something business rarely does: structure doesn't limit creativity, it enables it. That idea now shapes how I approach analytics, strategy, and human-AI collaboration.

At my best, I combine:

to help leaders see what really matters, decide with intention, and move forward with confidence.

This site is where I think in public, sharing frameworks, experiments, and lessons at the intersection of data, strategy, AI, and decision-making.
